Shipping Policy

  1. By ordering from www.arenee.com you agree to be bound by the following shipping & return policy.
  2. A. Renée uses FedEx and the U.S.P.S. as our preferred shipping processors.
  3. Orders containing wine will require a signature, at the time of delivery, by a person age 21 years or older (a valid state-issued Id. will be required to be shown to your delivery's driver). By placing an order for wine at A. Renée: you are a person who is 21 years of age or older. A. Renée does not condone the purchase of alcohol by minors. It is a criminal offense for a minor to mis-represent one's age and attempt to purchase alcohol.
  4. The following states allow shipment of wine to residents within said states: AK, CA, CO, DC, GA, IA, ID, IL, LA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY. A. Renée will not ship wine to persons residing in states not listed in the aformentioned sentence.
  5. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of completed payment; an E-mail will be sent to confirm shipment (containing tracking info., etc.).
  6. You will be contacted, within forty-eight hours, if any of your items have been placed on back-order. Your entire order will be shipped when all items are received in our warehouse. If, at our discretion, part of your order is shipped separately because of back-order status then the remaining items will be shipped via United States Postal Service Parcel Post unless wine is involved which will be shipped via Federal Express Ground.
  7. Wine and food items are not insurable through our shipping vendors: We cannot guarantee their safety during shipping; but, of course, we use utmost care when packaging your product(s) for shipment.
    • Please keep the shipping destination's climate in mind when ordering chocolate or other perishable items.
    • $100.00 of insurance is included as part of your shipping charges when you choose FedEx as your shipment's carrier. Insurance is available for purchase when items totaling a value >$100.00 (excluding wine and food) have been purchased and FedEx is your shipment's carrier.
    • Items shipped via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service): Insurance is available for purchase on non-food items.

Return Policy

  1. Due to the nature of wine and food: These items are not able to be accepted for return. Items other than food and wine are eligible for return within seven days of receipt.
  2. Please contact A. Renée, via E-mail or via telephone (309-827-3524), if you would like to return a product purchased online. A member of A. Renée's staff will provide you an Order Return Number to place on the outside of your package of item(s) being returned. Packages not containing an Order Return Number will be refused and returned to the shipper. A. Renée will not compensate or re-imburse a shipper for shipping charges incurred when an item is returned to A. Renée.

Purchase Policy

  1. Acceptable methods of payment include: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
  2. An item of equal value will be substituted for any item not in stock at time of creation of a gift design.
